Product Labs
Validate an AI idea in weeks, then co-build the product with a team that ships.
Product Labs is where ideas get tested before they get expensive. Start with a fixed-scope prototyping sprint that turns a concept into something real users can try — then, if the evidence is there, we co-build the product with you as a long-term engineering partner.
What this covers
Rapid Prototyping Sprints
Fixed-scope sprints that turn an idea into a clickable prototype or working AI proof-of-concept, ready for real user feedback.
MVP Builds
Ship a lean, production-ready first version with the core workflow, the AI that matters, and nothing you don't need yet.
Technical Feasibility & Spikes
Answer the hard question first — can the model, data, or integration actually do this — before committing a full budget.
User Testing & Iteration
Put the prototype in front of real users, measure what works, and iterate quickly on what doesn't.
Co-Build Partnerships
For founders and new ventures: we act as your product and engineering team, from first prototype through launch and growth.
Build / Pivot / Stop Decisions
Every sprint ends with evidence and a clear recommendation, so you invest further only when the case is proven.
How we approach it
Idea Framing
Pin down the problem, the target user, the riskiest assumption, and what success looks like for the sprint.
Prototype Sprint
Design and build the smallest thing that tests the idea — a clickable prototype or a working AI proof-of-concept.
Validate
Test with real users and real data. Measure quality, usability, and demand against the success criteria.
Decide
Review the evidence together and choose: build the MVP, pivot the concept, or stop before spending more.
Co-Build & Scale
Build the product with you — MVP to launch to growth — as an embedded, long-term product and engineering team.
Frequently asked questions
How long is a prototyping sprint?
Most sprints run 2-6 weeks depending on scope. You get a working prototype or proof-of-concept, user feedback, and a written recommendation on whether and how to proceed.
How does a co-build partnership work?
We become your product and engineering team — strategy, design, AI, and full-stack engineering — and stay with the product through launch and growth. The engagement model and commercial terms are agreed case by case for each partnership.
Do I need a technical co-founder or in-house team?
No. Product Labs is designed for founders and business teams without engineering capacity. If you do have a team, we work alongside them and hand over cleanly.
Who owns what we build?
For prototyping sprints and MVP builds, you own the IP for the custom software we build for you. Ownership in co-build partnerships is set out in the partnership agreement before work starts.
